These alloys combine tungsten’s natural high density, strength, and heat resistance with improved machinability and ductility. High Density

Unlike many other metals, they don’t deform, soften, or break down easily under thermal stress. They’re also used in resistance welding and electrical discharge machining (EDM) due to this heat resistance.
